9th August 2024Review ratingThis was our third Back-Roads tour. They have all been very good. The route and points of interest are always beautiful and/or interesting. Most of the accommodation is excellent. No air conditioning in high Summer can be a challenge in some of the hotels even when they are advertised as having it. The provided food could be improved as they aren’t good quality examples of local specialities. The included tours are long enough to be informative but still leave time for individual exploration. Overall the tours are well worth it and we are planning our next one already. The tour leaders have all been very good - well-organised, knowledgeable and friendly.
