The tour guide & local guide were great. Hotels & number of nights at each great. Inclusions great. The only thing that let the tour down was the van's provided, nothing like advertised, knee & back jarring local school vans, nothing luxurious or spacious about them. Disappointed, as was the ferry back to St Jullians, rushed because people booked flights too soon after advertised ETA, perhaps push it back from 1pm to 3pm, giving the option if the worst Greek ferry turns up & we don't have to lug our suitcases up 3 sets of metal stairs to the passenger area & back down to disembark. Why can't Backroads bring across their vehicle from Italy & use it the whole tour? Tell guests to use Bolt for transfers from airport to hotel in Paceville & vise-versa.

A very good trip but the bus was not comfortable, also the ferry to Gozo was very hard as we had to carry our bags up lots of stairs. The guide, Shabby, was great.
