Very informed and emotional Tour, highlights were laying a wreath at the Menin Gate and being present at a re-burial of an unknown British Soldier. Gave an excellent understanding of the lay of the land and conditions in both main battlefields of Flanders and the Somme, where my grandfather served as an 18 year old from New Zealand in 1918.
